Geoff Hiscock has been writing about Asia-Pacific, Australian and international events for more than 40 years from Bangkok, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney. He is a former Asia business editor for CNN, international business editor of The Australian newspaper and contributor to Nikkei Asia. He is the author of five books, including Earth Wars: The Battle for Global Resources, Asia's New Wealth Club, India's Global Wealth Club and India's Store Wars. He has been a member of the Foreign Correspondents Association Australia & South Pacific since 1993.
