Henry Winter has been writing on football for 35 years, been to nine World Cups and covered the circus/carnival that is England since 1994, including riots, scandals and penalty shootouts. He has written a book on England which, fittingly, didn’t do very well. He has had the privilege of interviewing everyone from Pelé to Klopp and is on the Ballon d’Or voting panel.
