 Mark Loveday answers readers’ property questions every week in the Bricks & Mortar property section. His advice covers a wide range of legal issues including homebuying and sales, lettings, leases and neighbour disputes. A senior barrister at Tanfield Chambers, a property law specialist set, Mark has appeared in many reported cases — including recently representing a group of London leaseholders in the Supreme Court.
