Highly Recommend TodayTix

Alejandra was amazing. 100% customer first support. Highly Recommend TodayTix. I've really enjoyed using the TodayTix.com site. It is extremely easy to search & purchase tickets. I've purchased 3 shows in NY in matter of moments. THANK YOU!

Great Customer Service

Purchased tickets through the app, it was honestly easier than purchasing from the show’s website (even got to pick my seats). Unfortunately on the day of the show I came down with Covid, I reached out to customer service to see if I could reschedule. Spoke with Lucy who was super friendly and helpful, said she would reach out to the box office and then email me back with the result. 2 hours later I got a text and email saying my tickets for the night were cancelled and I had a voucher for the full amount to use on any show in the app. Rebooked for next weekend and am super excited, thanks again to Lucy for making the whole process easy and seamless!

I am a flight attendant and because of…

I am a flight attendant and because of a mechanical issue that cancelled our flight I was going to miss my performance of Les Mis. Marika was so kind and gave me a credit for my show even though I hadn’t bought cancellation coverage. I got to see it the next day and LOVED it. TodayTix is my forever home now. Thank you Marika!

Ticket delivery

The chat feature worked very well, though it was a little hard to find. My customer experience representative was Finnian, and he helped me find my tickets quickly the day of my show. Thank you Finnian at TodayTix!

Superlative customer service

Lucy the Customer Experience Representative made my return process seamless. I had purchased tickets for a show that I was no longer able to attend due to a last-minute business trip. She quickly credited my account so I can enjoy another show when I'm back in town. Lucy was professional, efficient and kind, and I'd like to give kudos to TodayTix for their excellent service!

Excellent Service / Trusted Company

I somehow managed to book 2 sets of tickets to Frankie Goes to Bollywood.
I spoke to Hollie online via the contact service and she managed to cancel the duplicate booking and refund my money!
Really excellent service and very quick to answer and rectify my issue !!
Will absolutely use this company again !!
I’m always a little concerned when booking tickets as there are so many dodgy companies. This lot were fantastic!!

I really needed to rebook a performance and Jenny was extremely helpful and understanding. She helped me resolve everything quickly and was really kind while doing it.

Lucy, my saviour!

Lucy was so incredible helpful during my time of need! I was hoping to postpone a show due to unforeseen medical reasons and, with so much else to worry about at the moment, the burden of having to worry about my tickets was completely taken off my plate thanks to the above and beyond customer service I received! Customer experiences representative excelled

Customer experiences were amazingly helpful. Yes I did need to go through the chatbot thingy to start with and ended up with message from Today Tix that they would contact me to resolve the issue arising from a mistake I had made. Response was next day and completely sorted everything out for me which was great. Thank you to “A” customer experience representative. Much appreciated!

I had booked for Ballett Espanol

I had booked for an event, but had to miss it due to a business trip. TodayTix totally refunded me with a voucher that I could use for 12 months. I think this generosity never would have happened to me in my homecountry Germany. Very much appreciated!

Wonderful experience from the team

The company were able to assist me very quickly when we ran into a problem purchasing our tickets. They were kind and helpful and sorted our tickets very quickly and efficiently. We cannot be happier with the customer service we received.

Never received tickets as promised and…

Never received tickets as promised and now 1 day before show, i have used chat function and they say they are dealing with my request but i still have heard nothing, the chat function is basically someone saying they are handing it over to another team, surely that team should be on chat. The only company that don’t give tickets prior to event, won’t use again as I have specially booked a hotel for this show and it’s been stressful!

They have not resent tickets and they did not send me a message, if you have tried messaging these people you will know it’s extremely difficult, they could have emailed me response instead of going through trust pilot, and it’s still unresolved

TodayTix went above and beyond

I use TodayTix all the time for theatre shows at very reasonable prices. Their rush tickets add a frisson of excitement when buying them on the day and offers regularly come through for reduced seat prices in advance.

Today they went above and beyond by allowing me to change my tickets (bought in advance) to another date due to illness in the family. Finnian was extremely helpful and made the process easy to follow and seamless. Thank you!

I was so worried …

I was so worried I couldn’t get an additional seat next to the 3 I’d already booked, so I used the chat to see what could be done. I was expecting a chatbot reply as it was very late in the evening, and Alejandra came on and helped me out. So grateful as it put my mind at rest and now I’m looking forward to the show for my daughters 30th. Great service! Thank you ☺️

Fantastic TodayTix

I have used TodayTix for a while now and have always found them to be fantastic. Their prices are usually the best, they even have rewards so you feel as if you are getting something back! I recently had to go to A&E with suspected appendicitis which meant I couldn’t attend the show I had booked. Hollie, at TodayTix was wonderful and very kindly gave me a voucher to use for another performance. Everyone at TodayTix is always helpful, always kind and polite and their tickets are great value.

Great customer service

A show I had bought tickets to was cancelled at short notice and had a query regarding rebooking this. Alex from customer service was excellent, very kind manner on chat and emails, listened to my feedback and resolved my issue efficiently. Whilst Alex was great, the 4 stars rather than 5 is because it is not easy to get through to customer service in the first place - the support hub is not very visible on the app (I got there via google in the end) and you have to go through quite a bit of chatbot to get to the real person on the chat system. It is a real shame you have shut your phone lines so you can't actually speak to someone for more complicated queries.
