PONTOTOC, Miss. (WTVA) — Firefighters in Pontotoc County responded to an early morning fire at a popular restaurant.
The fire happened at Southern Brothers Fish and Steak — formerly known as Sunny Side Restaurant — along Highway 341.
Pontotoc County Fire Coordinator Adam Patton said firefighters from Pontotoc and Algoma responded to the fire just after 3:00.
He reported no injuries.
Patton said the fire damaged the building but did not destroy it.
The cause of the fire is to be determined.
