Activate your SIM

Let’s get you set up.

Once you’ve got your new SIM card or eSIM, you’ll need to activate it online. This should only take a few minutes. For eSIMs, you'll also need to install it on your device.

Before you start...

If you’re using your new Sky SIM in a device from another provider, you might need to unlock your phone first. Sky Mobile devices come already unlocked.

Sign in with your Sky iD to check your account details and update your account settings in the My Sky app or online in My Account. Here you can:

• Check data usage
• Check your mobile bill
• Set a spend cap
• Manage parental controls
