Yes, I only get temporary adminship untill now. I want permanency. So far, there have not been not many users, but we can start a discussion about permanency, if needed. But it will be as formel as for last temporary adminship demand. --Lucyin 18:45, 22 March 2010 (UTC)

If the project is too small to have a formalized process, that is fine, but you have to have an on-wiki discussion for a respectable length of time (I'd personally say at least 5-7 days) and then if there is a consensus to make it permanent, link that discussion above (in the discussion = section of the tag) and we can get to work. -- Avi 18:47, 22 March 2010 (UTC)

Sorry for confusion Wikipedia/Wiktionary ! Indeed, I am already permanent administrator on Walloon Wikipedia (granted to me by Mr Sarachaga, the creator of Walloon interface there). Without a community vote I think that the only thing possible would be temporary admin status. I see that there is an open vote to close this wiki, but a majority favor keeping. Usually not, since We have global sysops to fill that shoe mostly. We usually approve temp sysops for the active members of a small community to do project/lang specific work, provided there are no objections for about a week's vote on RfA page or Main talk page of the project.   Since this wiki is so small, there is no active sysop, and no bcrat at all. The voting was initially aimed for sysop authorization, but some of the users agreed to change the voting to sysop+bcrat. If bcrat permission is not possible because there is no other bcrat candidates, I would like to have the sysop rights for the moment, so that I can start cleaning up immediately. Import-rights on mg.wikis

No we can not. If the community wish all admins to have the right (not recommended), hold a local discussion and file a request on Bugzilla. If you wish to have local import-rights, request the permission locally (like you would do if you asked for admin-access(?)), and come here and we can grant you the permission. I have already put a request on bugzilla (see bug #21762), but there, they says that there is no problem for importing (the person who replied me is a staff member on wikimedia) whereas I have a problem when trying to import... I understand according to this that importation function is enabled for staff, but not for administrators ?
