@MF-Warburg: Sir, you know me, I was the one who was working on Incubator for Pashto Wikivoyage.

• Yes it's true that I changed my name, and I have done this just for a simple reason ; Amjad Khan is my favourite actor, and i was trying to get his name "Amjad Khan" as username, but it was unavailable or taken by someone else.
• I didn't knew that we needed to make a special request for it interface adminship, but I have mentioned in request in pswiki from before, that; I'm going to work on everything in Pashto Wikipedia, which includes MediaWiki sites too. But if it's not enough reasons then its alright its enough for me to be administrator and help others, even though I know that Pashto Wikipedia need more work in MediaWiki too.

There are hundreds of pages in question, and require manual sorting as some of the pages created by these users and IP's are suitable for Wikipedia. While I have no idea why Ruslik sent you here (this is certainly the wrong place to discuss adminship requests), I don't really see why you need adminship. You seem to be able to sort the pages into the delete category already and clearing that is a trivial task which can be done by any GS/steward upon request on SRM. Okay. I was under the impression that, in the event of a lot of pages needing deletion (like this), it is better to request temp adminship and deal with it directly than to tag it for stews/GS's. Vogone Thanks for deleting those (almost 400, wow!) pages. There's 150 remaining tagged for deletion, many more that have yet to be tagged (of the list of IP's I have, which isn't complete), and many edits to existing pages that I haven't gone through yet which require removal and possibly RevDel, as it's a violation of the CC BY-SA 3.0 license the text is under. @Mardetanha: There are many reasons for this block. First, the mobile IP want to cause trouble. Please see wikt:ko:분류토론:한자 부수 (wikt:ko:special:diff/3965486/3965491). As you can see, first time this IP had rude attitudes. And wikt:ko:special:diff/3967600, wikt:ko:special:diff/3967601 and wikt:ko:special:diff/3967602 look like normal contribution. But please add the article titles. Then, it is slander my name "Garam" (가람). Above all things, I suspect this IP is one of some mobile IP address ranges who blocked in Korean projects (ex: #1 and w:ko:위키백과:관리자_알림판/보존문서/보존2#2017-12-03 대역 차단 알림 etc), because this IP's pattern in Korean Wiktionary is similar to the IP address ranges. Request for CheckUser access. Since a WikiMedia Foundation action in March, the CheckUser permission has been disabled site-wise. I'm actively working a proposal to establish an Arbitration Committee on zh-wiki, hoping its formation will prevent certain admins with different political beliefs will not enter a ban/unban war, and after relevant policy is enacted by the community, the foundation will lift such ban. While during such period, there is a need for someone from the community to have CheckUser permission, until the ban has been lifted. I joined Wikipedia around 2010 and has been active on Chinese Wiki, recent work involves translation of articles and reorganization categorization, and I hope to contribute to the community in more ways. • This seems a bit strange to me, given Matiia has 1) not counted edits made in October, despite running the process in November, 2) I've made more than ten logged actions, which is the requirement to not even have to sign the page, and 3) I've made 15 suppressions in the last six months, a log invisible to Matiia. • The removal policy for Oversight is Any user account with Oversight access that is inactive for more than a year will have their Oversight access removed so that doesn't apply. I would expect upon the conclusion of Courcelles re-RfA (assuming it to be successful) that the Oversight permission would be restored. I don't hold out a great deal of hope that this would be the case, but I'll happily endorse a re-RfOS request too should one be forthcoming, and then I'll work on dismantling the entire bureaucratic clusterfuck that Meta has become. According to our policy, the permissions are removed if there is a lack of log actions OR a lack of edits in the main namespace. This case and that are the same. The user has been notified on his user talk page and via e-mail. Openbk (talk) 21:28, 6 November 2018 (UTC)

I confirm what Openbk wrote above. To keep their rights, plwiki admins have to have both at least one logged admin action and at least one edit in the main namespace in the last 365 days, which unfortunately isn't the case here – so Plushy should have his rights removed. I want to establish rule of law on Turkmen Wikipedia and am currently translating Wiki guidelines and policies as we do not have anybody to form ours. We have almost no one to vote. Turkmen Wikipedia has too many flaws, please grant me administratorship so that I can establish a system there. Why should you grant it? 1) I will administrate the site according to the policies, worst system is better than no system. If we establish a system, people may be encouraged to participate in Turkmen wiki. Lack of system maybe discouraging. 2) I intend to use social media to ask for help and participation for certian important topics. 3) I am creating and locating needed templates which may encourage participation. 4) There are too many unencyclopedic article on Turkmen wiki, if you can check my contribution that include the {{delete}} template, you will see I have requested too many delete requests on the last week itself.
