@Volstand: As far as I can see you don't have email enabled, but it is no longer needed so you can forget about that.

However, may I ask you if you have enabled two-factor authentication for your account? If you do not, please follow the instructions here to enable it. Hello, there are currently no administrators on this Wikipedia project and there are constantly spam pages being created. I mark pages for deletion, but there is a large backlog. @Ternera: According to your userpage you are only rw-1 - could you clarify what you will need local admin rights for, and if it's something more tedious than what one would normally just request from global sysops? I'm asking considering that, like mentioned above, you are only rw-1 and do not have any local users supporting, and that you have 42 local edits on the project, most of them being speedy deletion taggings or vandalism reverts. Hi EPIC - to address your first question, I list myself as rw-1 because I understand the Rwanda grammar but do not have the best memory of nouns and verbs. I've become interested in it because it's a dying language. I included the deletion of spam pages in my initial reasoning, and I would also like to do tasks like editing the front page. I'm not sure how appropriate it would be to link it here, but the Gusiramura article included on the front page is not an appropriate article to show there and I believe there are a few things on the front page that should be re-worked (such as the removal of dead links). Another thing I would like to do is work on the EditGrowthConfig because it is lacking in resources. I feel like the help panel links could be better and that it would help new editors get a better understanding of what to do. Right now, I see the project being used for a lot of spam purposes and better resources for editors may help. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns for me. @EPIC, @CapitainAfrika: Interface administrator rights are not necessary at all for general improvements in interface translation. It's much better to do it on https://translatewiki.net, which has its own accounts.

Interface administrator rights are necessary for advanced interface customizations, only in cases when the translations that come from translatewiki.net cannot be appropriate for some reason, and as far as I can see, this is not the case with kg.wikipedia at the moment. There are certain modules that require you to have rights to create them, I am trying to set up the Biography infobox for example, the display is not correct, in lnwiki it is already good but especially to retrieve the info from Wikidata, moreover the user @Pppery helped us to do it in lnwiki, but the problem remains in kgwiki, too, for the display of navigation palette in bottom of the page, it's still difficult for the two wikis, I'll send you the links that complicate me, if you could help me either by creating them or by helping me create them :

Noting for posterity that I mentioned it was invalid on Akwugo's talk page in April, and recommended they start a new one. It looks like she copied the contents of their request in March to the RfA of another admin, which itself is transcluded on the main RfA page. I've undone that edit.

So, please open a new request for IA rights and let it stay open for at least one week, if there are no objections by then, we can grant you the rights. If you haven't already, please also remember to enable two-factor authentication for your account, as it is a requirement to hold interface admin rights - you can enable it by following the instructions on this page. To begin with, you will need to start a local discussion on the project - regardless of how much of a community there is, there needs to be a formal request. Secondly, I'm not sure if I'm too keen on granting you admin rights just yet; you created your Wikimedia account only five days ago and have made 20 global edits, 4 of them being on fiwikinews, and out of those four edits, two are marked as minor, and all four have been on the same article. Not done Unfortunately, after more than one week I have received no response from the local bureaucrat, and there has been no action from them either. Therefore, to evaluate this from the stewards' point of view instead, the discussion is, like mentioned, too old in our standards.

If you are still interested in being an administrator on the project, I would say you have two options at this point. Either to try and wait a little longer for a response from Kumincir (suwiki's local bureaucrat), or opening a new request for adminship and coming back here after a minimum of one week, but a maximum of two-three weeks. @Ariandi Lie the request for adminship doesn't necessarily need any votes if the community is too small (see Steward requests/Permissions/Minimum voting requirements), but it needs to be fairly recent in order for stewards to act. Local bureaucrats may act on older requests as well, but we typically don't. It is a test wiki, that is correct - but there is still a local process for requesting and granting rights, and so that should be followed. The rights were granted temporarily with the user having to re-request if they have wanted the rights renewed, and the request was confirmed by a local bureaucrat, so the rights were removed accordingly with the local procedure. The only test wiki that does not have a local procedure for granting rights is test2wiki - testwiki and testwikidata have procedures and so they should be followed. When translating the policy, I read "The administrator concerned is given 10 days to submit a defense or return to activity. One of the weaknesses in idwiki is what made Zulf propose revoking local sysop status in meta. idwiki has 2 administrators who are no longer active. It's been more than 1 year (can be seen here).
