I believe AjaxDispatcher wasn't actually in use in SF, other than that one registry call. Anyway, that line has been removed now.

Hmm... @Krinkle, we'll probably want to make sure that the patch to get rid of it gets backported to the branch deployed to WMF production (currently 1.8.x)
