What is the full form of the PSEB Board?

PSEB refers to the Punjab School Education Board, a board of education in the state of Punjab, India. It is responsible for conducting secondary and senior secondary school examinations for students studying in affiliated schools. Examinations Conducted by PSEB Board

PSEB Date Sheet 2023 for Class 10 & Class 12 Final Exams

Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has released the datesheet of 10th and 12th board exams 2023. Students can download the board exam 2023 time table through the official website of the board, pseb.ac.in. 10th Board Exam 2023 will be held in March-April and 12th Board Exam 2023 will be held in February-April 2023.

This year the Punjab Board 10th exams will start from March 24 and end on April 20. The paper will start at 10 am. The 12th exams will start from 20 February 2023 and end on 20 April. Punjab Board 12th exams will start from 2 pm. At the same time, the board has also declared the date for class 5th and 8th examinations. Class 5th exams will start from 27th February and end on 6th March. Similarly, the examinations of class VIII are scheduled from 25 February to 21 March 2023.

How to check the PSEB board exams date sheet 2023?

• First of all candidates visit the official website pseb.ac.in.
• Then click on View All in the Press Release section
• Click on the link for the date of senior secondary and matriculation examination
• Date sheet will appear on the screen
• Now check and take out the print of the same for future reference.

PSEB Admit Card for Board Exams 2023

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) will release the PSEB Board Exam Admit Card 2023 on the official website of the board - pseb.ac.in. Students will get notified by their respective school authorities once the PSEB Admit Cards are released. We will also update and provide the PSEB Admit Card Download Link as soon as it's released on the official website of the Board.
The admit card for the students appearing in the class 10th and 12th examination will also be issued by the Punjab Board on the official website of the board, pseb.ac.in, within the stipulated time.

How to download a PSEB Admit Card 2023?

• Visit the official website of Punjab School Education Board - pseb.ac.in
• On the homepage, go through PSEB Students Login option
• Now click on the Punjab Board Admit Card Download link appearing there
• Fill in your valid login details such as registration number/Name and Date of Birth
• Click on the “Submit” button and download then download the admit card
• Students are advised to take a print out of the same for future references.

PSEB Board exams 2023 Preparation Tips

Give Regular Self Test: Start a new practice, to give a Self-test every day. Whatever you read throughout the day, write it in short points in your copy. And prepare some fixed questions and try to write them without looking at them. Take the help of your friend or your teachers to check all these tests. And if this is also not possible, then you can also check your answer sheet yourself. After a few weeks you will start getting results. I believe that by doing self-introspection, we will realize our mistakes so that in future we do not repeat those mistakes.

Calm your mind: Research has found that a calm brain can work 4 times better than a disturbed brain. And if our mind is calm then our mistakes will also be less and we can write the exam very well.

The last few days of the exam are only suitable for revision: Generally speaking, it has been found that 90% of the students start studying a few days before the exam. By doing this, they have to read a lot of courses in a very short time. For this reason only Revision should be done in the last month of the exam. So that we will get a good grip on our subjects and as a result, our mind will also be calm on the days of examination.

Analyze previous years question papers: You already have less time left to study everything, so in order to score well in the exam, you need to use your time efficiently. You need to start with the analysis of previous years question papers as per the syllabus of your upcoming exams. For this you have to do the following things. Collect previous years' question papers of at least 5-10 years. Cross-check the weightage of questions from different chapters to identify the chapters with more weightage and less important chapters. You will get to know about the difficult, moderate and easy level of questions and chapters. This will help you understand the important topics from each chapter that you must study for the exam.

Sleep well and eat well: The most important thing to remember is that you need to eat healthy and take rest in order to stay focused while studying. For this, you should sleep for 6-7 hours. Eat healthy like fruits, vegetables, fruit juices/smoothies. Take out time to do some physical exercise and meditation, it helps you to improve your physical and mental fitness. Also, please avoid junk food, sugar coated products and caffeine as these things make your body more tired and you cannot concentrate during studies.

Make points while reading: When you start your preparation, read the topic that you need to learn, and then make suggestive sentences to learn easily. To make it simple, you can use bullets, numbering, special symbols or mind mapping diagrams to represent the answers and related topics.

Study as needed: It usually happens that students carry their mobile, laptop, tablet along with them while studying, due to which their attention is constantly distracted. Such devices should never be kept while studying, it affects your concentration and you waste your time. You should take only those things which you really need to study like notebook, syllabus, question paper and stationery etc. Also, keep the things you need in one place so that you do not have to get up or leave your studies midway.
