Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan's cameo in the post-credit scene in Munjya is a surprise for the fans. In the video, Varun hides behind a big rock in the jungle and has covered himself with leaves. He sees Abhishek Banerjee's character Janardan and asks him to help.
He then throws some clothes towards Bhaskar. Bhaskar then wears the underwear and at that time the clip ends with a jump scare from 'Munjya'.
In an interview with Bollywoodlife.com, director Aditya Sarpotdar shared that while "Munjya" and "Bhediya" are not directly connected, "Munjya" responds to a statement made by Varun Dhawan. He hinted at a connection between the two films, encouraging fans to wait and see how it unfolds in the 'Bhediya' sequel. This revelation has left fans excited for both 'Bhediya' and 'Munjya Part 2.'
'Munjya' directed by Aditya Sarpotdar continues, making it the fourth highest-grossing film of the year after hits like 'Fighter', 'Shaitaan' and 'Crew'. Thus beating the Shahid- Kriti starrer film which had earned Rs 87 crore at the box office.
On the other hand, Varun will soon be seen in 'Baby John'. Directed by A Kaliswaran, the film is expected to have an entertaining story, impressive performances and adrenaline-pumping action scenes. It also stars Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi, Jackie Shroff and Rajpal Yadav in pivotal roles.
