They met Prime Minister Narendra Modi before heading to Mumbai, where a victory parade attracted lakhs of fans at Marine Drive. Rohit Sharma, the captain, drew attention by striking Shah Rukh Khan’s famous pose during the celebration.
The Indian cricket team celebrated their victory in Mumbai with a lap around Wankhede Stadium, greeted by cheering fans.They boarded an open-air bus, thus waving to the crowd.
One viral moment on social media showed Rohit Sharma hugging Rahul Dravid and then mimicking Shah Rukh Khan with his iconic pose, making it one of the cutest moments.
Shah Rukh Khan took to his social media handle to pen a note for the Indian Cricket team following their T20 World Cup victory. He expressed pride and described the team's parade as an "amazing moment." He got emotional and added further, "Seeing the boys so happy and emotional fills my heart with pride….
