Samantha soon to make her Malayalam debut alongside Mammootty!

Actress Samantha is one of the prominent stars of India. Starting as an actress in Tamil and Telugu film industries, the actress has grown and proven to be one of the bankable actresses and has started her own production house 'Tralala'.
Reportedly, Samantha is set to make her Mollywood debut. According to the reports of 'Movie Tamil', Samantha is planning to step into the Malayalam film industry and she is eyeing to play a role alongside Mamootty in an upcoming action thriller.
The yet to be titled film is said to be directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon.A couple of weeks back we reported that the director is likely to make his Malayalam directorial debut and now Samantha is said to have bagged the role and play female lead alongside Mammootty. The official announcement from the makers is awaited and the film is said to go on grounds by this month.
On the work front, Samantha was last seen in the film 'Kushi' and the actress is now coming back to the big screens after a 7 month break. Following the launch of her production house, Samantha also announced to play the lead in the film 'Bangaram'. Meanwhile, the actress also ran a health podcast along with her friend where she shared about her health issues, undergoing treatment for Myositis, how she overcame the fear and loss in life and Samantha opened up about many other life situations of hers.
