A huge 'well done' to bladder cancer patient, Helen, who organised an awareness-raising event and cake sale at her workplace, KILWAUGHTER MINERALS LIMITED to support us at Fight Bladder Cancer. Helen delivered a presentation, bravely shared her story, handed out leaflets, and raised a brilliant £600 too! After her diagnosis, Helen had treatment in Scotland before relocating back to Northern Ireland, where she is now making links with other patients and organisations to set up a support group. Helen is also planning more awareness-raising events for the future, so if you're in NI, look out for her popping up near you! Thanks so much, Helen! #BladderCancer

Blood in your wee (no matter how much or how many times), a frequent need to wee or sudden urgency, and recurring UTIs that don’t clear up, are all symptoms of #BladderCancer. If something in your body doesn’t feel right, the thought that it could be cancer can play on your mind.
