    KENSINGTON CONSULTING ATTAINS REC AUDITED STATUS

    Lancashire recruitment agency Kensington Consulting has attained Audited status with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

    The agency based in Chorley, Lancashire was assessed against the requirements of the Employment Agencies Act, the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 and the REC’s Code of Professional Practice.

    KENSINGTON CONSULTING ATTAINS REC AUDITED STATUS

    Lancashire recruitment agency Kensington Consulting has attained Audited status with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

    The agency based in Chorley, Lancashire was assessed against the requirements of the Employment Agencies Act, the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 and the REC’s Code of Professional Practice.

    This scheme run by the REC, the professional body for the UK’s £25 billion private recruitment industry, is the most comprehensive audit of its kind. It provides successful recruiters with an accreditation that is recognised by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), confirming that the agency is conducting its business both ethically and in accordance with the above requirements.

    Established in 2006, Kensington Consulting specialises in the placement of permanent and temporary staff in roles in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector and also specialise in the delivery of ILM endorsed behavioural leadership training.

    Commenting on achieving REC Audited status, Phillip Hodson, Managing Director of Kensington’s said:

    “This is a brilliant result to be recognised for recruitment best practice for the 3rd year running and this is testament to our whole approach to building long term partnerships with our clients and focusing on the relationship with our candidates.”

    REC chief executive, Kevin Green added:
