I thought I would give these Amazon Essentials underpants a try this time, ordering a set of XL's. They do seem to be a decent pair of pants. They look huge when they are new but experience has taught me that's not the case when you put them on. The tag-free aspect is very welcome as there is no scratchy tag to spoil the fit. The material seems fine and they are comfortable.
The only problem is that the seam around the leg openings is very tight. If you have particularly large thighs, you are not going to be able to pull these pant far above your knees. It really is too small an opening. I dare say it will widen with use but it's tough going when they're new. Other than that they seem well made and good value for money. If there are any problems with washing I will report back.
