A flooding emergency is overwhelming cities and towns in parts of Iowa, Minnesota and South Dakota. At least two people have died in the floods and hundreds have been rescued. Other parts of the country are still dealing with a stifling heat wave. NBC News' Shaquille Brewster reports.
