- Graduate in BCA, MCA, IT or any IT related degrees
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Good Communication Skills
Handle multiple Task
Presentable for Clients
Take accurate minutes of meetings
Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries (if any)
Update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Resolve administrative problems
Must have experience or good knowledge and understanding of technical concepts (like IT services)
Follow up with new clients
Provide regular updates of potential clients to higher management.
Keep internal systems up to date (CRM or any other system)
Send reminders to respective person/clients/freelancers
Give propt response to higher management and potential clients, it can be on any time even after office hours but just to acknowledge (Can't be negotiate on this point)
Give demo to respective persons/clients/higher management
Research on given topics and make documents for the same
Arrange. meetings with potentials clients
Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
Check timer reports of team,
