Job Description:
We are seeking passionate individuals to join us as Interns at ARGenie. We are seeking a motivated and talented Object Detection and Computer Vision Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI-driven object detection, working on cutting-edge projects that will contribute to your professional growth and our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of object detection and computer vision algorithms.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to train and fine-tune AI models.
Participate in the collection, annotation, and preprocessing of training data.
Conduct experiments and analyze the performance of object detection models.
Help optimize algorithms for speed and accuracy in real-world applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in AI and computer vision.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a. degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g: TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Familiarity with computer vision concepts, techniques and frameworks (e.g OpenCV).
Strong programming skills in Python.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Passion for AI technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with object detection frameworks (e.g: YOLO, SSD, Faster R-CNN).
Experience with computer vision frameworks (e.g: OpenCV).
Understanding of data preprocessing and augmentation techniques.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g: Git).
Prior experience with AI projects (personal or academic).
