CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES
 create and manage onboarding campaigns ,nurture emails and onboarding journey to ensure all new users have a smooth and succesful experience.
 act as the main point of contact for clients ( agents/builders/devlopers) and handle any issues or concerns they may have .
 collaborate with internal teams to ensure user needs are met.
 build and maintain strong ,long lasting relationships with key clients and custumers .
 identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients .

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 600,000.00 - 700,000.00 per year
