Data Analyst

Job Summary:
 
The Data Reporting Executive is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting data to support business operations and strategic decision-making. This role involves creating detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide insights into various aspects of the business.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

   - Collect and analyze data from various sources to provide accurate and timely reports.
   - Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business decisions.
   - Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
 

Report Generation:

   - Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
   - Create ad-hoc reports as required by different departments.
   - Use data visualization tools to present data in a clear and actionable manner.
 

Collaboration:

   - Work closely with different stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
   - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
   - Support teams in interpreting and using data effectively for their operations.
 

Data Management:

   - Maintain databases and data systems to ensure they are up-to-date and accessible.
   - Implement data governance policies and procedures.
   - Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
 

Process Improvement:

   - Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes.
   - Develop and implement best practices for data reporting and analysis.
   - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data reporting and analytics.
 
 Education: Bachelors degree / B.Tech / B.E.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey data insights effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
