Housekeeping Manager

Jaglax Homes, a boutique luxury holiday homes community in Siolim, Goa, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of its villas. The ideal candidate will ensure the upkeep of the property, provide exceptional guest service, manage the housekeeping team, and oversee various aspects of hospitality management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and upkeep of the property, including daily housekeeping, regular maintenance of furniture, appliances, fittings, fixtures, pool, gymnasium, parking, cafeteria, and other common areas.

2. Ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for guests from check-in until checkout, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

3. Managing guest service, interactions, reviews, feedback, and billing processes to maintain high guest satisfaction.

4. Team management, including rostering, performance reviews, training, and team building initiatives.

5. Inventory and vendor management to ensure adequate. supplies and services for the property.

6. Overseeing concierge services to enhance guest experiences and fulfill their needs.

7. Management of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of guests and the property.

Requirements:

1. Prior work experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a 5-star hotel/resort/villa, preferably in Goa, with 4-5 years of managerial experience.

2. Experience in managing housekeeping at luxury villas is highly preferred.

3. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.

6. Flexibility to work varied shifts as per operational requirements.

7. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
