Job Description:

Practice by Numbers is in search of an experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of SaaS platforms in the healthcare B2B vertical. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and guiding the development of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet the unique needs of our healthcare clients in a B2B context.

Key Responsibilities:
 Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the healthcare B2B. vertical.
 Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
 Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, staying current with trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
 Create detailed product plans, including defining features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
 Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
 Champion user-centered design principles, advocating for the best possible user experience.
 Conduct market research to understand competition and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
 Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
 Prioritize features and enhancements, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
 Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
 Act as the voice of the customer, representing their needs and preferences within the organization.
 Ensure products meet regulatory compliance and security standards in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
 Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS platform, with specific experience in the healthcare B2B vertical.
 Strong knowledge of healthcare industry practices, regulations, and trends.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
 Experience with agile development methodologies.
 Proven ability to define, drive, and communicate a product strategy.
