Roles and responsibilities of Technical Product Manager
The product manager is responsible for overseeing the development. and life cycle of the application and ensuring it meets the needs and expectations of its target audience. Their main responsibilities include:
Defining the product vision and strategy:
This involves identifying market opportunities, conducting market research, and setting the goals and objectives for the app.
Creating product roadmaps:
This involves mapping out the development timeline, prioritizing features, and ensuring the app is delivered on time and within budget.
Gathering and analyzing customer feedback:
This involves conducting user research, tracking app usage, customer feedback, and engagement metrics, and using them to inform product decisions.
Working with cross-functional teams:
