Role Description
This is a full-time Voice Support Specialist role located in Chennai. The Voice Support Specialist will be responsible for answering customer queries via telephone and email, identifying customer needs, and providing resolution in a timely and professional manner. The Voice Support Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams and report to the Customer Support Manager.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment or equivalent
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing. tools
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Able to work independently and in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is preferred,
