Workday Technical Consultant Studio & Extend

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Technical Consultant who is Workday certified with expertise in both Integration (Studio) and Extend. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced Workday solutions that meet our business needs. You will work closely with our internal teams and clients to ensure seamless integration and customization of Workday applications.

Key Responsibilities
 Workday Integration and Development:
 Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other Workday integration tools.
 Create and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and custom objects in Workday.
 Utilize Workday Extend to develop custom applications and enhance existing Workday functionality.
 Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday.
 Provide expert guidance on best practices for Workday configuration and. customization.
 Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday integrations and customizations.
 Lead and manage Workday implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
 Prepare and deliver project status reports, documentation, and presentations to stakeholders.

Qualifications
 Workday certification in Integration (Studio) and Extend is hirgly Preferred.
 Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Workday integrations and customizations.
 Strong technical skills in Workday Studio, Workday Extend, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.
 Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and XML.
 Experience with web services (SOAP, REST) and middleware technologies.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
 Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
 Experience in Workday HCM, Financials, or other Workday modules.
 Knowledge of data migration and data integration best practices.
 Prior experience working in a consulting environment.
 Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
