Needl (fka Martinsen Mayer) is a specialist recruitment agency helping venture-backed startups and scaleups build out their orgs. We focus on sourcing key hires in Engineering, Product and GTM teams and use the latest technologies and tools to find the best passive candidates. Headquartered in Dublin and with an office in London we work with startups and scaleups across Europe and the US. Our leadership team have built up exceptional networks across B2B SaaS, B2C and Fintech/FinCrime. Whilst we are happy to take on once off assignments, our strengths lie in retained Partnerships where we build out whole teams, even across functions.
