Chief minister Digambar Kamat spotted at a cultural event in Goa

Cultural get-togethers in Margao have found a new place. With the inauguration of Ravindra Bhavan here, Margaokars have numerous functions to look forward to.
A cultural evening was organised at the new complex, which included a splendid display of the Ghode Modani folk dance and the spectacular light dance Samai Nritya. This customary performance involves dancers balance lamps on their heads.
Chief minister Digambar Kamat was seen enjoying the evening along with wife Asha. Seated next to them were chief secretary JP Singh and chairperson of Margao Municipal Corporation (MMC) Johnson Fernandes. Also spotted were Union secretary for art and culture Abhijeet Sen Gupta and MMC councillors Ghanashyam Shirodker and John. While, MK Shaikh, Subhash Shirodker and civil engineer Moniz were delighted to be at the new complex enjoying the event.
