Noel Clinton plays at Fiplees in Goa

Do you think rains can dampen the spirits of party goers in Goa? Not really. Even after heavy rains lashed South Goa on Tuesday night, we saw people drive out to enjoy a mid-week break.
And Fiplees was the place to be. There was Kingfisher Voice of Goa, Noel Clinton with his guitar singing some retro and rock numbers.
We saw Brian Bones and Sydney Moraes enjoying good food and drinks.As the rains stopped briefly, people walked in in groups to have a good time. And when it was time to head home, Noel played some hit tracks and people hit the dance floor instead of going home.
