Congmen to Muda chief: Clarify on site issue
Mysuru: Congress functionaries in Mysuru, led by Karnataka Exhibition Authority chairman Ayub Khan, met Muda commissioner AN Raghunandan on Friday to address the land transaction issue involving Parvathi, wife of CM Siddaramaiah.
They requested a prompt clarification on the matter, stressing that opposition parties are using the situation to create unnecessary controversy and implicate CM Siddaramaiah in it.

Mysuru city Congress chief R Murthy, Mysuru district Congress chief BJ Vijaykumar, KPCC spokesperson M Lakshmana, and a team of advocates had accompanied Khan. They presented documents related to the disputed land in Kesare and urged the commissioner to issue a statement to clear the air.
“We (Congress functionaries) showed documents relating to the transaction of the disputed land in Kesare, and appealed the commissioner to issue a statement. We are not compelling the commissioner to give any statement in anyone’s favour. Let people know the truth in this matter as opposition is taking advantage of the situation,” Khan told TOI.
Commissioner Raghunandan has requested a few days to verify the records before making any comment, as his senior officers are currently probing the issue, he stated.
