Today, NFTS Scotland and the Sean Connery Foundation celebrated the 26 inaugural participants of the Sean Connery Talent Lab. Through the Lab, the National Film & Television School will originate and produce films beyond our base in Beaconsfield for the first time in the School's history, representing our commitment to fostering the next generation of filmmakers in Scotland. A couple of weeks ago I took a two-day training course on self-shooting run by NFTS Scotland! It was a great experience and a really fun time learning the ins and outs of an industry-standard camera. George Cathro is an amazing trainer, probably the highlight of the course!✨ So knowledgeable, and had so many fun stories to share to illustrate what not to do when filming (i.e. bees and cameras don't mix!)😆 Thanks to NFTS for providing the bursary that made this experience possible!😃
