Not interested
The person I spoke to sounded so fed up, almost depressed. Even the person who recorded the answerphone message sounds bored and fed up.
I got the impression they were not in the slightest bit interested in my business from the second they answered the phone. It's just a 'do it yourself on the internet' kind of service. Not for me
*20/07/24 - In response to your reply, there is nothing more to be said from my part, the initial contact with your company was poor and immediately gave me the impression that they were just going through the motions which is not want I want from a company that I may have wanted to do business with. I suggest you make a few mystery phone calls to your own company and see if you think your operatives are positive or dreary and fed up! Listen to your own 'monotone' answerphone system and try to think from a customer perspective. Make it more welcoming, at least try to sound happy to hear form people and that you really want to help them. Good luck
