Good smooth but..

Good smooth but I cannot make a transfer in of funds when using the app. I have to go on line and this is a basic fault that needs addressing. Also I cannot leave feedback on calls. They have been good and helpful but something goes wrong with the automated questions??. Also I cannot switch funds from one to another.

I still am unable to submit a review. Spoke to Sidney today, very helpful but feedback system does not work for me

Kenny is very friendly

Kenny is very friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He resolved my query very quickly giving me rhe information i need to add value to my portfolio. He was’nt sure about cheques in the paying in process but after the call proactively followed up on this point and messaged me separately. Cheers Greg

Account update

My wife and I had to update our personal details as we had lost our access to our II accounts. We had the assistance of Sal, who has recently joined II. Sal was so understanding of our problem and we got sorted out. This was despite encountering multiple difficulties at our end. Sal was so patient!! A wonderful young man. A credit to the company. Thank you Sal for your help.

Insightful and clear

Insightful and clear.

I was given the phone to Marta, who amazingly explained how to manage my account efficiently and clearly, as well as providing me with clear clarity on what each area of my account is, as I was a bit in the dark on how some areas should be managed of my account, but thanks to Marta these are cleared up now.

Excellent phone assistance

I would like to thank Claire following our phone call today. I had a query regarding linking accounts and accessing one via power of attorney. Claire explained everything clearly and with great patience as I was in a bit of a muddle! At no time did I feel rushed or a nuisance. My call was answered promptly, no intermediate buttons to press and no need to pass me on to anyone else. My queries were resolved completely and, what's more, I was given time to ensure I'd fully grasped everything with all questions answered politely, knowledgeably and comprehensively. It is a good feeling!

Brilliant troubleshooting help from II - thanks.

A system glitch prevented me from accessing my II account. A phone call to II led to a more complicated ‘back end’ system fix than anticipated. Steve the II call handler immediately followed up with the II systems folk, kept me updated and phoned me back to ensure I could access my account. Extremely efficient, effective, courteous and friendly. Thanks.

Customer Support

I closed my account with ii about 3 months ago. I had been a client since 2014 and have nothing but positive things to say about the company and its customer service. Today, I needed to request documents proving where my investments were from. I called ii's help desk and was very quickly able to speak with a customer service agent, Flavour, who was ready and able to send me the documents I needed. The call took less than 10 minutes and I recieved all the documents just over an hour later.

Wonderful customer service!

Help with the using the website

I am a new user of ii so I called for help with using the website on 17.07.24. I got through so Nathan S. and he was genuinely so helpful and professional that I asked him if there was anyway I could provide feedback and hence my message here.

Nathan was incredibly polite and patient. He allowed me to explain my situation and plan for using the platform, he spent 1 hour walking me through all the necessary steps and provided me with loads of extra beneficial details to help me gain a better understanding of how to use the website. It's nerve racking doing this kind of stuff for the first time so it was genuinely really reassuring to be helped by someone so skilled at their job.

In short Nathan made a process which I was putting off and dreading, very easy and enjoyable and I'm incredible grateful for his help and professionalism.

Good afternoon,
Today, 15 July 2024, my accountant and I spoke with Lucas who took us through the reams of material required to withdraw 25%of my pension. He was clear in his directions to us, patient when we took ages to find the relevant question, asked if we understood some of the information being requested on the form. This took quite a considerable time. I am thankful for his direction and clarity in guiding us through the pages. He concluded by telling us what the next steps will be. It was a pleasure to have someone so patient and knows his way through the document.

I had to complete an online form for a…

I had to complete an online form for a new SIPP application. I was getting frustrated so called the helpline where I was helped.
Billy was patient, competent and charming.
I like the choice of funds on II and the transparent charges. I will be transferring my pot from a competitor to II

Recently crystallised my Sipp pension…

Recently crystallised my Sipp pension pot. This was not straightforward, as I have an existing pension. James B at Interactive was excellent in terms of communication and advise in completing the relevant forms. We did hit a bit of a hurdle due to the Lifetime Allowance. However, James and his colleagues were able to quickly find out and inform me about the issues which allowed me to consider my options and come to a decision.

Fantastic customer service

I have had great customer service over the last couple of days from Interactive Investor.

The representative helping me was Jordan. He was professional, patient, thorough and was able to resolve a very challenging problem with logging into my account. I was even able to get a message to him to call back which he did promptly.

Minor problem resolved quickly

I was called unrequested by Hamid Bahrami today to resolve a minor problem with my regular SIPP payment. He explained the problem was triggered by a technical issue and proposed a resolution which was simple and acceptable. Minor problem solved quickly.

Great from start to finish

I spoke to Lukas this morning (16th July). I had an account with The Share Centre and had not used it for quite a while and it was not an easy query for Lukas to work through. Operate with extreme caution on…

Operate with extreme caution on Interactive Investor. I am a disabled vulnerable person and fraudsters sent a link to Interactive Investor and scammed me off a lot of money through dodgy pump and dump “investment” products on ii. Interactive Investor will not take responsibility either, which leaves the customer frustrated and feeling unfairly treated! Let’s look at ii, will they be supportive of disabled customers? will keep you posted.
