2moA common one I've found as well is people misplacing where their struggles come from: thinking something is a weakness of theirs when in fact it's either a lack of accomodation from work or a misunderstanding of a trait of theirs, especially for neurodivergent mentees. It's important to explore why we feel how we feel so that we can work to resolve 🙌
