Roles and Responsibilities:
Pre- Sales Activities - Presenting the Sales pitch/ script that describes project to persuade potential customers to visit our project site.
Lead Generation - Perform Database Marketing & Mining and contacting Businesses or private individuals by cold calling to generate leads.
Database Management - Create & manage Centralized system of all business queries. Conduct data validation & Sanity check at regular intervals.
Query Handling - Addressing queries from Emails, Voice Mails & Phone calls and capturing these contact details & source of each business query into the CRM tool
Competitors Tracking - Studying the micro market at regular intervals & updating the knowledge base of the system
Communications - Send Welcome mailer & project details to all enquiries for prospecting.
Interdepartmental Correspondence - Coordinate with the Projects, Marketing, Sales, CRM & Finance team to carry out day-to-day operations.
E -Promo - Coordinating with. Marketing to develop the communication & circulation of the same to the identified database.
Leads Management - Allocation of leads to the Sales team as per the given matrix & monitoring the enquiry life cycle until its closure by effective co-ordination with the Sales Team.
Any other duties as may be entrusted from time to time.
Requirements Qualification & Experience:
2 years of experience.
B.Arch. Graduate.
Experience in Real Estate tele-calling background & with good communication skills,
