While our team was on a video and photo shoot with the Olde English District Tourism Commission this month, we had the pleasure of filming several "characters" from the OED who align perfectly with the destination's marketing pillars 🎥 These videos will be used to promote those pillars with each individual serving as an ambassador who provide visitors with exciting itineraries 🗺️ , insightful blog posts 📝 , and fun social media takeovers 📱

We captured the essence of the OED with a photoshoot 📸 that showcases the paddling and canoeing adventures, the charming small-town diners, historic landmarks, and delightful U-Pick farms that call the Olde English District home 🚣🍽️🏛️🍓

We worked alongside the Port Aransas Tourism Bureau & Chamber of Commerce to bring the charm of their beach town to the city of Austin with the guerrilla marketing campaign, “Find What You Need in Port A” 🏖️ We hid custom messages in a bottle showcasing different experiences and prizes specific to Port Aransas around the city and invited residents and visitors to embark on a treasure hunt that highlighted all the coastal destination has to offer visitors. Passersby could snap a picture inside a custom glass truck that allowed for them to get a taste of the beach life complete with sand, beach chairs, and a sand castle that could be shared on social media 📸 📱 We love it when we have the opportunity to turn seemingly lofty dreams into a reality and we are incredibly lucky to work with a client like Port Aransas that is always willing to shoot for the stars and take a chance on innovative marketing tactics like this interactive brand experience 💫

Today, we're celebrating the country’s “second independence day.” Despite the Emancipation Proclamation officially ending slavery in 1863, it wasn’t until June 19, 1865 that Union soldiers informed the last slaves that they were free.
