A popular peri-peri restaurant will be opening the doors of its new Taplow restaurant next week.

Nando’s is bringing its signature flavours to its new Bishop Centre venue, which will open to the public on Monday, June 3.

The new restaurant seats 136 across its indoor and outdoor seating and customers will be able to order takeaway and click and collect.

Nando’s has created 30 jobs for people in the area at its new Taplow eatery and has also partnered with One Recovery Bucks, a charity supporting those in Buckinghamshire impacted by their own or another’s use of alcohol and drugs, as part of its No Chuckin’ our Chicken’ food distribution initiative.

The restaurant is also working with The Vine Centre on its employability programme, providing opportunities into employment to those who might experience barriers into work.

Championing its southern African heritage, the restaurant continually works with South African-based designers across all aspects of its restaurants.

At the Taplow venue, the décor includes geometric fabrics, hand-woven pendant lights and cork detailing.

Restaurant manager, Mohamed Ahamed Mubarak said: “We’re delighted to be opening the doors to our brand-new Taplow restaurant.

“This is a really exciting opening for us, and we can’t wait to be serving up Nando’s iconic peri-peri and vibes at a new spot in Buckinghamshire.”

The restaurant will be open from 11.30am to 10pm seven days a week.
