mobile phone renewal issueFor some reason my mobile phone…

For some reason my mobile phone insurance didn't automatically renew. A quick call sorted out the reason and I was told I'd receive a call back within 30 minutes to sort out the renewal payment. 5 minutes later Geoff called me and quickly resolved the issue. His polite, efficient and courteous manner was A1 - a shame so many other customer support teams working for other companies don't match his benchmark. Thank you Geoff

Customer service is very good

Customer service is very good, I spoke to Dan, and he was very helpful and efficient with my query. Was an added bonus that I wasn't waiting in the que on the phone for ages!

We had to changer our travel plans…

We had to changer our travel plans because of a hurricane in the Caribbean. The customer service guy I spoke to was very efficient and was able to switch the cover for a different holiday later in the summer. We even got some of out money back. Great service and I will certainly use the company again for our next trip.

Auto renewal could not be deselected and the policy was automatically renewed

I purchased the travel insurance last year. This year the renewal went up excessively compared to other like gor like quotes. There is no number to call and whem I logged in I Cound not deselect the auto renewal, no matter hiw many times I tried. This is why the policy has renewed.

Amendment to holiday insurance

Hollie was of great assistance when I had to move my holiday dates and therefore amend my policy after the cooling off period Hollie kept me updated with each step of my enquiry and responded in a timely manner with no extra costs incurred. Excellent Customer Service

The staff at Loveitcoverit have been very helpful over the past few days sorting out insurance for all our family mobiles. The price is very competitive compared to other options but above all the team are so incredibly friendly and helpful. So good to have a UK based call centre with no problems getting through and it sounds like a really happy team. Couldn't fault the service and would strongly recommend.

I had three phones and a watch and I got insurance from this company, I canceled it after five months because of this company's false service, I paid £240 five months ago and now that I have canceled, they only refunded me £68.

Went with this company last November on a cruise

Went with this company last November on a 14 night cruise.
Quote was very reasonable so decided again to use them for 10 night holiday to Greece this July.
Unfortunately there price is nearly £50 more than the Post office travel insurance. Rang to say spoke with Carl who explained there was nothing they could do because of the underwriting of axa insurance. Unfortunately they have lost my business and probably a lot more. This is a real shame as they are an excellent company.
Need to sort this out.!!

I had a very friendly phone call

I had a very friendly phone call, a mix up with my card number. Explained everything, set it all up for me in my email to click and renew my policy. The card number was the same, but it hadn't gone through, slight hiccup, with the internet. The chap kindly rang to see if he could help, told him not that great at tech!! set it all up payment to my email, plus 10% off, for renewing the policy, after a year. I would recommend love it coverit,friendly and reliable and professional I get mature and sensible! a change these days, so go with them and experience, good quality cover and staff who understand to help individual needs.
