Outstanding Service and Reliability - A Returning Customer's Perspective

As a returning customer to Insurance2Go, I am once again thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and reliability this company consistently delivers.

Having used their services for the past 6 months, I can confidently say that Insurance 2 Go sets the gold standard for mobile device insurance. I now have peace of mind that my device is fully covered from any damage or theft, easily set-up and fully covered! I’m glad to be back and to be an Insurance2Go Customer.

Disappointed in the service I was…

Disappointed in the service I was unable to get my daughters iPad repaired after accidental water damage because my item was bought via eBay even though it was a vat registered store which is what my policy said was acceptable so I assumed there would be no issue. Very upset I have been paying for no cover as this wasn’t made very clear. The website boasts that it’s better than using apple protect but I would have been better off using apple protect instead. I would say I feel very misled on my policy as many shops sell via eBay like curry’s or Argos where you would buy these items normally. I personally purchase through eBay as it keeps a clear record of purchases in one place, better than foraging though emails.

Insurance will not pay once phone lost

Insurance will not pay once phone lost. They Have used “reasonable precaution” clause to reject claim for my son whose phone was stolen in school. We take insurance for our young people because they lack experience to protect their belongings like an adult will do. The company expect a 15 years old to be as responsible with phone as 40 years old. They took all monthly premium until the claim day, when they reject citing flimsy reasons. I have lodged complaints with financial ombudsman after they dismissed my official complaint. Just be careful, shop wisely. I fell into a trap and warn others not to be victims

So impressed with this company. Signed up because it offered everything I needed at a great price. But I needed to add extra info so contacted them. They went the extra mile to dirt and accommodate me. Excellent customer service. So in even in the first 24hours they’ve already exceeded my expectations. Brilliant
