Protect my Bubble was simple to set up and took me minutes, plus I appreciated the 'new phone' discount I was offered. It was much quicker than setting up insurance with Three, and much cheaper too.
I appreciate that my phone is protected here, or abroad, and it cost less than £10 a month. I'm very happy!

Quick and easy to purchase new policies online.
We have also had to have repairs to other gadgets we have insurance for with PYB, and there has never been an issue.

Dont bother taking out a insurance. I tried make a claim that i lost my headphones and they tried to say i am making a fraudulent claim how can they even say that when i lost the item, i told them its not even worth the hassle told them cancel the claim. The guy speaking to was pretty nice to inform me but what a terrible company! Stay clear

Submitted a claim one month ago for an accidental drop damaged phone. Heard absolutely nothing back so far.
Luckily for me I had bought a spare phone the day after dropping the phone. As sad as it is, they are a part of daily life hence taking out insurance to cover eventualitues like this, shame the insurance company are leisurely at best....

Took half an hour for o2 to give me insurance quote on phone. Meanwhile took 2-3mins to arrange insurance online with protect your bubble.com while I was still trying to speak to o2
