We spent 45 mins on the phone to Virgin Media tonight, listening to them tell us our WiFi is fine and try to charge us for an engineer to come out - while this is literally happening while we are on the call. “Our hands are tied” they said. Our WiFi has been dropping out on all our devices for months and costs us revenue for our business.

O2 is probably the worst network ever been waiting over 13 weeks for someone to contact me back been promised everything and got nothing that’s the thanks u get when u have been with them over 15 years and have 10 lines with them think it might be time to see what another network has to offer
