AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took our travel insurance. My wallet was stolen whilst out. This company have been absolutely no help. They past on the claim to a third party CSA who are even more incompetent and 6 weeks later… I’m none the wiser as to what the hell is going on with my claim

Great choice of cover plans.

Great easy way to cover your electronics and with different price plans there’s something for everyone no matter if you want top notch cover or opting for a more basic cover plan.

The absolute worst company I’ve ever…

The absolute worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I am astonished they are still able to trade while treating customers this way. Please please please do not use this company if you ever think you may have to actually take a claim out. They are more than happy to take your money but will do absolutely anything but provide the service they promised you. We have been asked to provide the same evidence multiple times, have been told multiple times they have everything they need to give us an answer then change their mind a week later. They will constantly change the rules to make sure they don’t have to pay you. We have been out of pocket now for almost 3 months, and been given conflicting information by everyone we speak to. An upsetting and distressing circumstance made so much worse by this disgusting, unethical company.

Excellent Support from a Team Member

Do not use this insurance company

Do not use this insurance company! They use a company called Taurus to replace your phone when you make a claim. This company gave me a replacement Iphone without a genuine Iphone camera, this ended up costing me £300 in Trade in value. Deceitful disgusting company that will con you, do not touch them you will regret it. If you make a claim they will spend a eternity trying to make sure you don't get compensation and then when they finally give in they will cut corners with any replacement they give you.
They have sent a reply below to save face but I can promise you the phone they provided had illegal components and I am currently talking to financial ombudsman, they have clearly breached the sales of goods act multiple times to save a significant amount of money.

Fairly easy to use but couldn’t see how…

Fairly easy to use but couldn’t see how to add another gadget to insurance I already had, so had to have another policy/password etc. for a second phone.

While we do offer bundle policies, where you can insure multiple gadgets, it is not possible to add more than one gadget to a single item policy. This is due to the system having pricing brackets for single devices, whereas a multi gadget policy has a set price regardless of the devices on cover.

My flight was cancelled due to bad weather....

My flight was cancelled due to bad weather. I had no alternative but to buy a brand new airline ticket for which I have approached the insurance company for compensation. Apparently the policy which states on the summary table of benefits, cancellation cover of £2,500 and delayed departure of £250 is RUBBISH, MISLEADING and NOT TRUE. There are no references to any clauses or further information to which to refer to. DON'T TRUST THEM.

Awful

Awful, dishonest, and not worth the premiums. Easily the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, nothing short of a scam, avoid like the plague.
