AVOID THIS COMPANY.

If I could 0 stars i wpuld. Absolutely shocking insurmace company. Terrible service, appears to have only 1 employee answering there calls "poppy". She was quite helpful which is the only good thing I can say. There policies are terrible. No common sense or logic approach. Decline your claim for something that makes no sense. DO NOT USE THIS INSURER FOR ANYTHING.

Good purchase but customers can’t choose their own passwords for their accounts.

Easy to purchase online with reasonable prices offered. The only downside is customers can’t choose their own passwords for their accounts. They offered you random passwords which was not easy to remember. If you forgot it, every time you would have to click the “forgot password” link to get another new random password.

e quickness my insurance was dealt…

The quickness my insurance was dealt with...easy correspondence & excellent price so much better than anyone the so called TOP insurers quoted me for such a short city break a big big thank you & l will now always use u & tell all my friends well done to all X

Great gadget insurance company.

I totally smashed my pixel 7 pro and with in the same say day of contacting switched on insurance I was approved for a replacement device. Sent it off on a Monday and had had a brand new device back on Thursday. Absolutely fantastic service. £100 excess which isn't too bad considering! They did say the colour may change and I did have the hazel colored pixel and ended up getting a white one which I was a bit disappointed but it had 256gb storage unlike my previous device of 128! So I definitely can't complain there. Will be using them again for sure.

I have been with switched on insurance…

I have been with switched on insurance for a few years now insuring my Samsung phones on there ulimate policy always paying a great price for the insurance. I have made a couple of claims over that time for accidental damage and i have never been messed about. And the repairs have always been carried out by Samsung, guaranteeing genuine parts. On top of that the price has never increased for making a claim. I would really recommend taking a look at switched on insurance if looking to insure your phone.

Switched on team customer service

Messaged Adam and Vicki on the chat today, both very helpful, Vicki answered all my questions promptly and pointed me in the righty direction. Thank you to the 'switched on' team, for all comms with the team have been top with customer service since I have had the policy from 9 months till now & hopefully beyond.

Can't fault their service

Brilliant, had one repair done, via their service and all with ease. Their website needs to be a bit more user friendly in relation to making a claim. Once the phone was sent it was repaired and sent back before the expected given date, which was a bonus

Worth it.

Stupid me dropped my new tablet not once but twice in a year, sent it to switched on, and having paid the excess, is now under repair with no quibble at all. They are also very quick too.
As I get older the chances of an accident increase so I reccomend insurance for all your expensive gadgets

AVOID AVOID AVOID

My name is rukhsana mussarat and I’ve been using this insurance all I can say is AVOID AVOID AVOID, ITS BEEN OVER 7 Days they don’t know where my phone is (even though I’ve provided tracking number and it says it’s been delivered) everytime I ring them to find out where my phone is they say they will reach out to the repairers and will get back to me via email in1 hour which is lie bcs I’ve been waiting since last week for a update!! THEY CANT EVEN TELL ME WHERE MY PHONE IS AND WHATS GOING ON WITH IT AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Still absolutely no word or update besides this reply on trust pilot it’s now been 10 DAYS and still not even a email or a word about my phone , yes a complaint has been logged bcs I did the complaint not yourselfs

Trusted Insurance you can relieve on

Cooperation, honesty, and providing all the necessary details are essential for the approval of any insurance claims. Although additional information may be required, ensuring that you provide it will increase your chances of approval. If you're purchasing an item off eBay, always request the seller to provide proof of purchase and write a small document to transfer ownership to you. This will be required for any third-party buying. I was able to get my claim approved after providing all the necessary information.

People who say these are scam company take a look in the mirror it's you are not being honest with the insurance company they never ignore emails or phone calls they answer honestly.

I would recommend this company.

They will insure a different model of…

They will insure a different model of your phone and if you need to claim you'll be disappointed.
Realised straight away this is a scam and managed to get a refund..

Very easy to obtain quotes

Very easy to obtain quotes
With option to choose from 3 levels of cover and option to select excess and allows unlimited claims upto value of policy. Hopefully I will never have to use the policy but happy that it is there if needed.

Avoid! At all costs!

It's disgusting the amount of hoops these people make you jump through. They seem to be doing everything possible to get me to give up on my claim (for a stolen phone, that I have a crime number for), so they don't have to pay out. Awful customer service, especially since I've pointed out my health and mental health issues, so one would hope they would be more helpful. Or helpful at all. Will NOT be renewing my policy. Absolute waste of money.
